What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom orders can start from 60 pieces per style, depending on the leather, hardware, plating, logo process, packaging, and other selected options. We confirm the final MOQ before sampling.
How long does sample development take?
A custom sample normally takes about one week after the design, material, size, logo, and packaging details are confirmed. Complex molds, special materials, or multiple revisions may require additional time.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk production lead time is confirmed after sample approval and depends on order quantity, material availability, plating, packaging, and seasonal factory capacity. Your quotation will include an estimated production schedule. Shipping time is quoted separately according to the destination and delivery method.
Which bracelet materials are available?
Options include leather in multiple colors, stainless-steel hardware, clasps, charms, beads, logo plates, and selected decorative components. Available finishes may include polished gold, sand-blasted gold, brushed steel, sand-blasted steel, polished rose gold, glossy black, sand-blasted black, and antique silver. Exact material and finish specifications are confirmed for each order.
Can I request material or plating confirmation?
Yes. Before mass production, buyers can confirm leather color, hardware material, plating direction, logo process, packaging mockup, and pre-production sample details. Product and packaging photos can also be requested for approval and repeat-order records.
Can ZG provide compliance documents or test reports?
Material declarations and third-party testing can be coordinated according to the destination market and confirmed order requirements. Buyers should tell us before sampling if they require nickel-release, lead, cadmium, REACH, California Proposition 65, packaging-label, or other market-specific checks. A document or test is only considered included after it is listed in the quotation or order confirmation.
Do you offer private-label and gift-ready packaging?
Yes. Options can include a logo box, pouch, tag, insert card, OPP bag, carton mark, barcode, and other order-specific packaging. Packaging availability and MOQ are confirmed with the bracelet specification.
How do repeat orders stay consistent?
We can retain approved specifications, reference photos, color and plating directions, logo placement, packaging details, and order records to support repeat SKU production. Buyers should reference the previous order or approved sample when reordering.
How do I request a quotation?
Send the target style, quantity, size, leather color, hardware finish, logo file, packaging requirements, destination country, and required delivery date. We will review feasibility and reply with MOQ, sampling, price, production timing, and any recommended compliance steps.
